2-Pizzato Vertigo Nature 2018 un-disgorged/Brazil (Traditional Method)
This traditional method blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir has undergone 24 months of lees ageing and is offered ‘as seen,’ meaning it remains undisgorged, resulting in a cloudy appearance and no dosage, making it completely dry. The wine presents a foamy, full texture and opens with an inviting aroma of cracked wheat. This toastiness beautifully transitions into vibrant, crisp citrus notes. On the palate, the wine is refreshingly dry and invigorating.
